You need to edit the journal setting in the database. However, to start this, first, have a backup in case if anything goes wrong; you have the files safe with you. To go to current settings:

SELECT * FROM journal_settings WHERE setting_name=’themePluginPath’;

After editing the settings, make sure to clear the cache files; run the following command.

rm -f cache/*.php

How to change the theme color?

For instance, the default themes in OJS allow one or two colors. So if you fancy editing them, go to Website, click on Appearance and then Theme. Then, from the slider, pick your desired color. Or you can also enter the HEX code for that color.
