If I am not ready for my appointment yet, what should I do? : Once you’ve registered for an account, use our Calendar tab on the left side of your screen to book a consultation date and time. Before booking an appointment, make sure you know what materials (photos) and documents (insurance cards) we’ll need from you before coming into our office for your consultation. The calendar lets you schedule appointments online 24 hours a day from anywhere in world! Just choose which date and time works best for you and follow through by clicking Book Now. Your request will go directly to our scheduling department so they can confirm availability as soon as possible.
Ordering Supplies From My Account
First, we need to personalize our homepage. From your account dashboard, click on My Profile at the top right corner of your screen. Then click on Personal Details in left hand side menu. Here you can change your password if needed, enter your home address, phone number, etc., as well as select what time zone you are in. If all is well, simply click Save at the bottom of that page. Once we return back to our Personal Details page after saving these changes we will click on one more link labeled Personal Info Category A and make sure it says Primary before saving again at the bottom of that page.
Personal Details Page
The Personal Details page is divided into two sections. The top half shows your personal information, including name, contact details (address, phone number), birthday, username, password and email address. The bottom half contains your demographic information (weight/height) as well as doctor preference. Select a country from which you would like to receive treatment.
For U.S.-based patients, select ‘United States’ or for International patients select your country of residence. Click Next when you are ready to proceed with registration. Payment & Shipping Options Page
To ensure you have a smooth, convenient experience with your Invisalign treatment, we have made it as easy as possible for you to complete your payment online. To get started, simply choose from one of our pre-determined plans based on your specific needs and treatment details. My Current Orders Page
